Buy-A-Brick

With the help of New England Silica and Bahler Brothers, the Jacob Roger Poulin Foundation is happy to offer another way for you to be a part of Team J4cob. When you "Buy A Brick" you get to leave your personalized message at J4cob's Park forever. Please see below to Buy your brick!

Pavers are available in four sizes:

  1. 6.5” x 13” Engraved Paver with 5 lines of engraving (18 characters per line):         $100.00           n/a

  2. 13” x 13” Engraved Paver with 10 lines of engraving (18 characters per line):        $250.00      $300.00

  3. 19.5” x 13” Engraved Paver with 10 lines of engraving (28 characters per line):     $500.00      $550.00

  4. 19.5” x 32.5” Engraved Bluestone Paver (28 characters per line):                           $1,000.00    $1,050.00

To Buy A Brick:

Save and then fill out our Buy-A-Brick Order Form (pictured to the right) and email it to Teresa.Cavanagh@JRPF.org. While this is a fillable PDF, these forms don't typically work too well on mobile devices. You can print, scan or take a picture, and then email the form too. (If you need additional assistance, please contact Teresa).

 

After Teresa Cavanagh, our Buy-A-Brick coordinator, receives your form, she will confirm the accuracy of your information and the amount of your brick.

 

Bricks can be paid for either by check or credit card. When confirming the details of your brick, Teresa will also include a link for credit card payments.
